Is Vacuum Pumping Safe?
If used moderately, yes. But keep this caveat in mind when using the pump. It's very easy to get carried away with enthusiasm and damage can occur if you're not careful. Too strong a vacuum can cause blood vessels to burst which results in bruising. If this happens you can do serious damage with continued use. There is also the possibility of nerve damage with excessive use. Long-term users have reported loss of sensitivity.
